- July 12, 2012 – Founding company established in Tianjin, China 进科模具科技(天津)有限公司 / Jinke Mold Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. The original factory where Mr. Xu Ruchun began operations. Focused on high-precision injection molds, rapid prototyping tools, and multi-cavity molds. Quickly built a reputation for tight tolerances (±0.005 mm), superior surface finish, and reliable delivery in automotive lighting, electronic connectors, and medical applications.
- July 31, 2017 – Strategic investment and second factory 富平模具科技(天津)有限公司 / Fuping Mold Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. Expanded capacity with a dedicated facility for large-size molds (up to 20-ton class) and complex 2-shot / overmolding tools. Specialized in automotive interior/exterior components, appliance molds, and high-cavitation production tools.
- May 19, 2021 – Expansion to South China 深圳市拓海模具科技有限公司 / Shenzhen Tuohai Mold Technology Co., Ltd. Established in Shenzhen to serve the fast-paced electronics and consumer goods market in the Pearl River Delta. Excels in micro-molds, insert molding, unscrewing molds, and high-speed cycle tools.
- January 30, 2024 – Further diversification in Central China 郑州拓海科技有限公司 / Zhengzhou Tuohai Technology Co., Ltd. Newest facility in Zhengzhou, focusing on cost-optimized molds for mid-volume production, rapid tooling, and emerging sectors (new energy vehicles, EV components, smart home appliances).
Current Branding The group currently primarily uses two registered trademarks for its international business and product identification:
- Takumitech® – Main brand for precision mold solutions, technical communication, and export projects (primarily associated with the Shenzhen and overall group operations).
- Tuohaitech® – Dedicated brand for cost-effective, high-efficiency mold manufacturing, especially for mid-volume and emerging industry applications (primarily linked to the Zhengzhou facility and broader group expansion).
